Do you know what day is it today?

Today is Saint Patrick´s Day!

Saint Patrick´s day is celebrated on March 17th in Ireland

Saint Patrick converted the pagan people to Christianity using a 

shamrock.. Shamrocks have 3 leaves and clovers have 4 leaves .

In Irish Mithology, a leprechaun (se pronuncia “leprekon”) is a small man who wears 

green clothes and a hat. 

So, this day Irish people wear green clothes and a hat or you can be pinched.

-The legends says that leprechaun hide pots of gold at the end of the rainbow  and if 

you capture one, you will have luck.

YOUR TASK:

1-Wear in green: Ve a tu armario y ponte algo de color verde. Anima a tu familia a hacerlo también. En Irlanda si alguien hoy no lleva puesto algo verde, ¡le pellizcan!
